How integrate HubSpot with Truora

With Truora you can integrate products with our API like Hubspot, It is a marketing and sales platform that helps attract visitors, convert leads and close customers.

Please follow the next step by step:

  1. You need have a account in Hubspot

  2. Go to dashboard by Truora.

  3. Once in the platform go to integrations on the left panel and click on connect in front of the HubSpot logo.

  1. At this point, you will be redirected to HubSpot to complete the connection process.

  1. Back in Truora’s platform, enter the email address that is associated with your HubSpot’s inbox.

This is NOT your HubSpot user’s email, to access this account follow the steps in the slides below

  1. Set up an inbox mail in HubSpot:

    • Go to settings in your HubSpot account and in the left panel go to the Inbox section, then click on inboxes.

    • Click on connect a channel and follow the steps to set up a Team email.

    • We recommend connecting a HubSpot hosted account (“other mail account”). If you want to set up your own email you can also do it but it should be a new email address dedicated to this.

    • Click on next and activate incoming conversations to be created as support tickets (this will help you get the most out of this integration).

    • Finally, click on connect and finish. That’s it, you are ready to connect your HubSpot account with Truora.

  2. Back in Truora, paste the email address you just set up in your HubSpot account into the integration modal and click connect.

  1. Refresh and the HubSpot integration should appear with status “Active”
