How to Submit a Background Check Batch

With a single Excel file you can run background searches on up to 500 people at a time. You just have to download the template according to the type of search you want to perform, person, vehicle or company and add the information required for the search.

Batch Upload

  1. Download the template for the country and the type of search you want to perform (person, vehicle, or company). Fill in the required fields for each individual or entity, and save the changes in the Excel file.

  2. Upload the Excel file and use the check box to declare that you have permission to access the personal information of the people on the list. After naming your file and click in the NEXT button, the bulk query will automatically start. Once started, it cannot be canceled.

  3. In Add details you can give a custom name to your report. Finally press the NEXT button to send the Excel file and start the search.

Receive results of the checks performed on users

The results are reported using webhooks that are configured from the dashboard. The information in the webhook contains the results of the checks, and you can receive different events. Additionally, you can create labels to filter different rules depending on the values that check variables may take. For example, you may want to filter checks for only types ‘person’ or ‘vehicle’. Please review this guide Creating a rule to trigger actions for more information.
