Expired Reasons Details

Product: Digital Identity Verification

Whenever a validation expires in the validation process, the API provides an expired reason to indicate the specific reason for the expiration.

Document Validation expired reasons

Expired reason Description
input_file_not_uploaded Indicates that the user did not upload all the files necessary to perform the validation.

pending_validation_methods Indicates that the validation time ended and there are still pending subvalidations.
document_validation_not_started Indicates that the user did not take the necessary steps to initialize the document validation.
invoice_validation_not_started Indicates that the user did not take the necessary steps to initialize the invoice validation.

Face Validation expired reasons
